How do I get started with CarFlow?
Getting started is simple:
  • Download the CarFlow app from the App Store or Google Play
  • Create your account and complete a quick application
  • Browse our inventory and choose your vehicle
  • Make your down payment
  • Schedule pickup or delivery of your car
You can complete everything in less than 15 minutes from the comfort of your home. We verify all your information in less than 24 hours and you can drive the car!
Do you run credit checks?
No! One of the best things about CarFlow is that we don't require a credit check. We believe everyone deserves a chance to own a car, regardless of their credit history. Our approval process is based on income verification and basic identity confirmation.

Lease-to-Own Process

How does the lease-to-own program work?
With CarFlow's lease-to-own program, you make an initial down payment and then weekly payments over a set period. Each payment brings you closer to owning your vehicle outright. At the end of your agreement term, the car is yours—title and all!
Unlike traditional leases, every payment you make goes toward ownership of the vehicle. You're not just renting—you're on the path to owning your car. Plus, you get the flexibility of a lease where you can return the car at any time.
How long is the lease-to-own term?
Our lease-to-own agreements typically range from 24 to 48 months, depending on the vehicle you choose and your payment preferences. You can also pay off your vehicle early at any time without penalty!
Can I return my car at any time?
Yes! You can return the car any time as long as you are up to date on your payments. We understand that life circumstances change, and we want to provide you with flexibility.
What happens when I complete all my payments?
Congratulations—the car is yours! Once you've made all scheduled payments, we'll transfer the vehicle title to your name. There are no additional fees or surprise charges. You'll own the car free and clear.

Payments & Costs

How much is the down payment?
Down payments vary based on the vehicle you select, but they're designed to be affordable and accessible. Most down payments range from $500 to $1,500. The exact amount will be shown in the app when you select your vehicle and complete your application.
What are the weekly payment amounts?
Weekly payments vary depending on the vehicle you choose and the length of your agreement. Payments typically range from $75 to $250 per week. You'll see your exact payment amount before you commit to any agreement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. We believe in complete transparency. The only costs you'll pay are:
  • Your down payment
  • Your regular weekly payments
All costs are clearly displayed in the app before you agree to anything.
How do I make payments?
All payments are made conveniently through the CarFlow app. You can link your bank account or debit card, and payments are processed automatically on your scheduled payment date. You can also make early payments or extra payments anytime through the app.
What if I'm late on a payment?
We understand that life happens. Late fees may apply, but we just ask that you stay in contact and keep us updated about your situation. Our support team is here to help work with you.

Insurance & Requirements

What are the insurance requirements?
You must maintain full coverage insurance on your vehicle, including:
  • Liability coverage (minimum $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident)
  • Property damage coverage (minimum $50,000)
  • Comprehensive and collision coverage with a deductible of $1,000 or less
You'll also need to add a lienholder on the policy—this is usually free to do. You'll need to provide proof of insurance before taking delivery of your vehicle.
Can I use my existing insurance?
Yes! As long as your current insurance meets our coverage requirements, you can use it. You'll just need to add the vehicle to your policy and provide proof of coverage through the app.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem! We can help connect you with affordable insurance providers who specialize in coverage for lease-to-own vehicles. Just let us know during the application process, and we'll assist you.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my vehicle if I need to?
Yes. We understand that circumstances change. You can return the car any time as long as you are up to date on your payments. You'll need to provide 30 days' written notice through the app. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition you received it (normal wear and tear is expected). Please note that payments already made are non-refundable.
What happens if I return the vehicle?
When you return the vehicle:
  • You must be up to date on all payments
  • You must provide 30 days' notice
  • The vehicle will be inspected for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • You're responsible for any excessive damage or missing items
  • Your agreement ends, and you're no longer responsible for future payments
  • Previously made payments are non-refundable

App & Account

Is the CarFlow app available for iPhone and Android?
Yes! CarFlow is available on both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. The app works on most smartphones released in the last 5 years.
What can I do in the CarFlow app?
The CarFlow app is your one-stop shop for everything:
  • Browse and select available vehicles
  • Complete your application

Is my information secure in the app?

Vehicle & Maintenance

What vehicles are available?
We offer a wide selection of quality pre-owned vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and trucks from popular brands. Our inventory changes regularly, so check the app frequently to see what's available. All our vehicles are inspected and come with a 30-day, 1,000-mile warranty for your peace of mind.
Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?
You are responsible for routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) and keeping the vehicle in good condition. We recommend following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. For the first 30 days or 1,000 miles, covered repairs are handled under our warranty. After that, you're responsible for repairs, just like any car owner.
Can I modify or customize my vehicle?
You may make minor, reversible modifications (like floor mats or seat covers). However, permanent modifications (like aftermarket parts, paint jobs, or structural changes) require written approval. Remember, if you return the vehicle, it must be in its original condition.
